Pacific Gulf Properties Inc.: The Newport Beach real estate investment trust reported net income of $7.4 million, or 31 cents a share, for the first quarter, more than double the $3.1 million, or 26 cents a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue advanced 71% to $25.3 million from $14.8 million.
