OptimumCare Corp.: The Laguna Niguel provider of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services said net income for the first quarter totaled $57,488, or 1 cent a share, compared with $202,847, or 3 cents a share, for the like 1997 period. Revenue was up 14% to $3.2 million from $2.8 million.
