Tree Planting Effort Seeks to Save Wetlands

An environmental group is planning to plant 3,000 indigenous plants and trees in a three-acre area along the coast today in an effort to restore the Zuma Wetlands.

The planting will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Volunteers should park in the Zuma Beach lot.
