The end is coming soon, but you needn’t face it alone.

Indeed, at least nine Orange County establishments will throw parties for Thursday’s “Seinfeld” finale. So if the thought of saying farewell in isolation is unbearable, pop in to one of the following establishments--all equipped with big-screen TVs--for a Big Salad, marble rye, trivia and look-alike contests, soup served soup-Nazi style and most likely a horde of other fans.

“Lots of our employees who aren’t working that night want to come out” for the bash at National Sports Grill in Santa Ana, said manager Michael Stroup.

Meanwhile, Legends Sports Bar in Costa Mesa has been building toward the finale with “Seinfeld” viewing fetes every Thursday for the past month, and Sloppy Joe’s in Irvine is reserving 50 seats for a single party of Seinfeldphiles from a nearby business.

“They plan on coming dressed up as their favorite characters,” said promotions coordinator Chris Bradbury, “and bringing in ‘Seinfeld’ junk food, like Junior Mints.”
