Corvel Corp.: The Irvine provider of services to workers’ compensation, accident and health, and auto insurance markets, said net income increased 9% in the first quarter to $2.4 million, or 57 cents a share, from $2.2 million, or 49 cents a share. Revenue grew 19% to $37.7 million from $31.7 million.
