Clinton Has Aching Back

EISENACH, Germany — President Clinton wrenched his back and is using Motrin, a painkiller, and a small cushion to ease the strain, the White House said Thursday.
Clinton hurt his back Monday while exercising before he left Washington for Europe and aggravated it during a busy visit to Berlin, Potsdam and Eisenach over the past two days, White House Press Secretary Mike McCurry told reporters.
