Deal OKd for $1 Million in Precision Camera Assets
Camera Platforms International Inc. has agreed to purchase the assets of Precision Camera Supports Inc. in Van Nuys in a $1-million deal.
Camera Platforms said the purchase would boost its Shotmaker crane division’s business because of Precision’s technical expertise in the crane rental business.
Camera Platforms is a manufacturer and marketer of camera and other production equipment for the motion picture and television industries.
