California Amplifier Extends Star Choice Deal

California Amplifier in Camarillo has received orders worth $2 million from Star Choice Television Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of Star Choice Communications in the Canadian city of Fredericton, New Brunswick.

This order extends a previous arrangement initiated between the companies in June 1997. Deliveries for the follow-up order are expected to begin in August.

“California Amplifier has demonstrated the ability to provide superior quality products and a real commitment to strong customer support,” said Bill Barrett, president of Star Choice Marketing. “The integration of California Amplifier’s products with Star Choice’s programming provides a superb product offering to our customers.”

California Amplifier manufactures products for the reception of microwave signals used in the delivery of multichannel television.
