Police Arrest 3 After Drug Raid
Two Ventura men and an Ojai woman were arrested after a raid on a home north of Ventura netted a small amount of drugs, authorities said.
Police served a search warrant at a Bard Lane home Friday afternoon, after a two-month investigation into suspected methamphetamine sales there. They arrested Ronnie Pierce, 52, and Gary Scott, 40, on suspicion of selling and conspiring to sell methamphetamine. Amy Freeman, 24, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Lassen County.
Pierce was being held on $20,000 bail. Bail for Scott, also wanted on outstanding warrants, was $45,000. Freeman posted bail and was released.
