* YieldUp International Corp. said its third-quarter net loss grew 60-fold as sales fell by almost two-thirds amid a slowdown in the semiconductor industry. The Mountain View-based maker of cleaning equipment for semiconductor makers said it lost $8.08 million, or $1.39 a share, in the third quarter, contrasted with a loss of $132,536, or 2 cents a share, a year earlier. Sales dropped to $735,485 from $2.03 million after clients returned $1.02 million worth of equipment.
