Serb Complaint Ends Session on Kosovo

Serbian officials ended a brief session of Kosovo peace talks by criticizing key ethnic Albanians for staying away and by strongly hinting that Serbia will reject the latest U.S.-drafted peace plan. The meeting was convened unilaterally by the Serbs and held in a government building. The ethnic Albanian leaders, who want independence from Serbia, dismissed the talks as a propaganda ploy.
