From Times Wire Reports

Palestinians and Israeli troops clashed in the center of Hebron in the West Bank, just after the army briefly lifted a curfew to allow people to shop. A group of Palestinians threw stones near a Jewish settlement, and Israeli troops responded with rubber bullets, wounding two of them. The fighting marked the fourth day of skirmishes in Hebron and came three days before the scheduled arrival of U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, who will try to follow through on talks aimed at setting terms for an Israeli pullback from the West Bank.
