Gotcha, Daisy in Girls Wear Licensing Deal

Gotcha International said Friday it signed a $35-million licensing agreement with manufacturer Daisy of California to launch a new girls’ surf wear line and has an option to buy the South Pasadena company within the next three years. Marvin Winkler, chief executive of Irvine-based Gotcha, declined to reveal the proposed purchase price. Daisy has about 75 employees and annual sales of about $17 million said owner Joseph Di Paulo.
