Free Seminar for Home Buyers

A free home buyers’ seminar and lenders’ expo will be presented from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday by Los Angeles Urban Bankers, a nonprofit group, and the Consolidated Realty Board at the board’s office, 3725 Don Felipe Drive, Los Angeles.

A two-hour home buying workshop will cover such topics as credit awareness, no-down mortgage programs and the mortgage credit certificate. After the seminar, participants can talk to exhibiting lenders about their loan programs.
