Public’s Help Sought in Finding Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted for crimes ranging from drug possession to driving under the influence of alcohol.

Abraham Santos Lopez, 43, has failed to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Lopez has had various addresses in Ventura and Los Angeles counties. His last known address was in Port Hueneme, where he worked as a restaurant manager.

Lopez is Latino, 5 feet 8, 196 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Paul Lee Garren, also known as Paul Johnson, was released on his own recognizance in a theft case. Garren has prior felony convictions and could face 25 years in prison under the state’s “three strikes” law.

He last lived in Ventura and worked as a mechanic in Oxnard.

Garren, 40, is white, 5 feet 9, 180 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Jaime Longoria Ramirez, also known as Juan Flores Ramirez and Jaime Aguilar, failed to appear in court on charges of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

He last lived in Oxnard and worked as a car detailer.

Ramirez, 32, is Latino, 5 feet 6, 140 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Tattooed on his right arm are some faces, and the name “Linda” is on his left hand.

Also being sought is Lorenzo Brizuela Dearcos, also known as Lorenzo Arcos and Lorenzo Brizuela, for allegedly violating his probation in a felony drunk-driving case.

He has had many addresses in Oxnard and last worked as a customer service representative in Camarillo.

Dearcos is Latino, 6 feet, 170 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
