Justice Mosk
Anent the letter of Ernest Salomon regarding California Supreme Court Justice Stanley Mosk (Oct. 22), in which he says Justice Mosk at 86 is not qualified to do anything but sleep, and “that man is too old”--what a false and malicious calumny. This brilliant justice’s opinions for the court are among its most incisive. Recently, I and 100 other guests witnessed this remarkable man at a dinner party dancing with his charming wife, kicking up his heels and having a marvelous time. Too old? Ridiculous.
