THE KILLER CLOWN FROM HORROR LAND

One day I was walking home from school. I tripped over a sign; I looked at it carefully.

It pointed down the street and it said, “Horror Land Carnival.”

So I walked a few blocks down. A path led me to a little shack.

I walked past the shack and I yelled, “Anybody there?” There was no answer. I started back.

A strange figure popped out in front of me. I looked to see what it was, it was a clown with razor-sharp teeth and blue hair.

I ignored him and kept on walking. Then I heard funny sounds; I looked and he was gone.

I started jogging, and then I started to run.

Some kind of funny noises kept on coming to me that week. I got home, my mom was asleep. So I went up to my room and went to sleep. In the middle of the night I woke up. I glanced over and saw a shadow, it looked like a clown.

I quickly went under my covers and I heard a scary sound. I got up from under my covers. The shadow was gone! I quickly hesitated and ran to my mom’s room. She wasn’t there. Then I remembered she goes to work on Saturday.

Then I heard a voice, it said faintly, “Come to Horror Land,” but I couldn’t make out the rest.

So I got dressed, brushed my hair and teeth, and had some breakfast. I walked out the door and made my way to Horror Land. When I finally got there, I took a rest. Then the clown appeared. I was shocked!

“Are all the sounds that I’ve been hearing because of you?”

“YES!”

“So why do you want me to come here?”

“You’ll find out later. Follow me now!”

“Where are you taking me? To the carnival? Why are you taking me to the carnival?”

“I thought you wanted to go!”

“OK.”

“Go on anything you want to go on, it’s free. And then we will meet up at the freak show.”

“OK, that’s fine with me.”

So I went on about five rides and then I went to the freak show. I saw a sign that said, “Main Attraction, Killer Clown.” Then I thought for a moment, but I said, “It couldn’t be.”

Then I heard the same laugh I heard at night. I said, “It was you who was there, right?”

“Yes it was as a matter of fact!”

“So why do you want me here?”

“I have to kill YOU! There is no escape now! Why don’t you run until you die?”

So I started to run faster and faster till I couldn’t run any more.

And then the clown appeared.

He yanked out my legs and brutally beat me with them.

Then he shoved my head into a pole.

THE END!
