Intermark Official Is Named Head of Innovus

Innovus Corp., a Newport Beach developer of Internet technology products, named Thomas C. Hemingway president and chief executive. The move was part of its agreement to acquire Intermark Corp.
Hemingway was president, chief executive and a co-founder of Intermark, a provider of sales, support and publisher of computer software and online technologies.
