Local Firm Courts High-Tech Women

Re “Women: High-Tech Careers Avoided, Abandoned,” Aug. 25.
As a lifelong feminist, I can safely say that if you’re a “high-tech female” who wants a career with no ceiling--glass or otherwise--come home to jeTECH. The only limits here are your own. No need to dress or act like a man to succeed here.
Although there are many terrific things about the jeTECH corporate culture, one thing that really stands out is our absolute right to be ourselves. During a 20-year career on both coasts, I have never seen a chief executive come out as strongly in favor of the inalienable right of his employees to be themselves as jeTECH CEO and founder Michael Edell. One would have to work here in Camarillo to truly know what that means.
So, ladies, stop whining about no future in high-tech and vote with your feet! You wouldn’t work for a company with old technology. Why choose a company that’s Neanderthal in its thinking?
