LAGUNA NIGUEL

Lauren Broadhead, an eighth-grader at Niguel Hills Middle School, has won the Laguna Niguel Bus Shelter Poster Contest and will have her poster enlarged and placed on bus shelters in the city. The City Council at its meeting Tuesday will present certificates of participation to all the students who took part in the contest.
