From Times Wire Reports

About 500 people, mainly survivors and families of the dead, gathered in Oklahoma City to mark the fourth anniversary of the anti-government bombing that killed 168 men, women and children. A memorial ceremony on the site where a 4,800-pound truck bomb smashed the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building started with 168 seconds of silence, then a reading of the 168 victims’ names. “We may never forget, but we must forgive,” the Rev. Paul Dunn told the crowd gathered on a plaza next to the site of the six-story building, which had housed federal agencies and a child-care facility. The remains of the building were razed after all victims were removed.
