The Irvine specialty finance company reported that net income for the third fiscal quarter declined 58% to $642,000, or 12 cents a share, from $1.5 million, or 33 cents a share, for the like period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was down 5% to $10.3 million from $10.8 million.
