Health Unit Offers Stock
Newport Beach-based Health Care Property Investors Inc. said it is offering 1 million shares of common stock, priced at $31.44 a share. The company, a real estate investment trust that invests in health-care facilities, said it plans to use net proceeds of $29.6 million to retire short-term bank debt.
