President-COO of Mentor Gets Chief Exec Title

Medical products company Mentor Corp. of Santa Barbara has given its president and chief operating officer, Anthony R. Gette, the additional title of chief executive. He will succeed Christopher J. Conway, who has been chairman and CEO of Mentor since its founding in 1969. Conway will remain chairman.

* Chicago-based architectural firm Perkins & Will has named Michael Fejes to the newly created position of regional director for the firm’s West Coast headquarters in Santa Monica and Pasadena. He will oversee strategic planning and development for both offices.

* SCA Consulting, a New York-based firm specializing in devising compensation programs for businesses, has named co-founder Robin Ferracone its chairman. She will be based in Los Angeles. She previously worked as a senior executive at Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
