U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist Sammy Lee will conduct a free lecture on the health benefits of exercise for the elderly for the Orange County Senior Games on Aug. 17. Lee, who won his first gold medal in diving at the 1948 Olympics, is a longtime Orange County resident and physician. Lee has also coached Olympic divers Greg Louganis and Bob Webster.
