ABC’s “The Practice,” Kelli Williams appears each week as attorney Lindsay Dole. For the upcoming CBS movie “Flowers for Algernon,” based on Daniel Keyes’ 1966 novel, the 29-year-old actress portrays a teacher who falls in love with a mentally challenged man played by Matthew Modine.

About her dogs, Williams says, “Both come from the pound. Petey, who’s 6 years old, is a mix and desperately wants to be a lap dog. She has no idea of how big she really is. Ella is

a 7-year-old pit bull who is so smart. My pets are very much a part of my family.”

Says Boyle, “Cleo is a 5-year-old Maltese. She loves to go shopping with me on Rodeo Drive. She loves Gucci. When I was in New York two years ago making a movie, I would take her to all the nightclubs. I would put her in my purse and we’d dance all night . . . we’d come home and she would be exhausted.”

Natasha Gregson Wagner, 28, appeared most recently in “Two Girls and a Guy” with Robert Downey Jr. and Heather Graham. In the upcoming film “High Fidelity,” from the novel by Nick Hornby, Wagner plays the temptress to ordinary guy John Cusack.

Wagner on her dogs: “Oscar is a West Highland white terrier that my ex-boyfriend gave me nine years ago on Valentine’s Day. I call him my ‘Bodhisattva,’ which means ‘enlightened being’ in Buddhism. He’s my best friend. Recently I adopted Flower, my other dog, from the Lange Foundation in West Los Angeles. She’s a 2-year-old terrier mix who is much, much more timid than Oscar.
