GARDEN GROVE
The City Council recently approved allocating the remaining $12,837 of a $39,592 transportation program with the Orange County Transportation Authority for the city’s elderly. The city will take the money out of the fiscal 1999-2000 budget. The contract is good through the end of October. OCTA buses have been carrying seniors from their homes to the H. Louis Lake Senior Center and the Acacia Adult Day Services center Mondays through Fridays.
