Susan Waldrip will no longer edit the Orange Unified School District’s bimonthly newsletter, the Forum, which has a circulation of about 24,000. After founding the Forum five years ago, Waldrip said it is now more appropriate for the district to produce the newsletter. “Once the district got a PR department, it was awkward,” said Waldrip, a parent of seven OUSD students.
