A group of residents has asked the city to help prevent parents who are dropping off and picking up children at a nearby elementary school from parking on their private streets.

Residents on Wandering Lane have complained for years that their secluded, residential street becomes a busy parking lot twice each day when parents drive students to and from La Madera Elementary School.

Many parents pick up and drop off on Wandering Lane, where a popular trail leads through a wooded area to the back of the school.
