Camarillo’s View Tech Hires New Vice President

View Tech in Camarillo has hired Robert D. Zimmerman as vice president for technical services.

In his new position, Zimmerman will oversee View Tech’s National Technical Assistance Center, project implementation teams, field engineering services, bridging operations and service program marketing.

Zimmerman worked most recently for PictureTel Corp., where he oversaw sales distribution relationships with the company’s largest domestic resellers.

View Tech provides videoconferencing and voice and data products for commercial, federal and state government, medical and education customers.
