* Boeing Co.’s largest union said it rejected a company proposal to add a monthly premium for health-care payments, threatening a strike next week that would slash production at the world’s biggest aircraft maker. Boeing is due to make its final offer Friday on a new contract for 44,000 machinists. Negotiators are meeting regularly and will discuss the union’s demands for higher pension payments today. Boeing said it is not giving up on the talks.
