Bosnia Funds
I’m so glad to read that the Muslims, Croats and Serbs in Bosnia have buried the hatchet and figured out how to siphon off $1 billion, evidently without actually touching the $5.1 billion donated by us rich Western countries (“Bosnian Corruption Blamed for $1 Billion in Diverted Funds,” Aug. 18). In recognition of this feat I offer a new slogan for the region: Enemies in battle; comrades in corruption! Has a nice ring to it, don’t you think?
