International Gaming Group to Expand

International Gaming Group Inc. in Irvine said it has signed a letter of intent to acquire all the assets of Digitallotto.com, a Nevada-based corporation specializing in proprietary gaming software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Digitallotto.com has developed a software program that will be used to connect and service the thousands of existing Internet casinos and sites offering Lotto games. The software will be based in and managed from Dominica, West Indies, where it will be marketed to 60 countries, with the exception of the United States, Canada and any other country where it may be deemed illegal or inappropriate.
