Forget bulky salad spinners. These plastic bags will dry lettuce with a minimum of fuss. Put freshly washed greens, herbs or lettuce into the plastic bag, twist the top closed and spin the bag vigorously 10 to 12 times. That forces water to the bottom of the bag, which then is poured out. You can also store greens in the bag in the fridge. And they’re great for camping, boating or travel.
