Rain, Clouds Scrub Launch of Shuttle

Rain and thick, low clouds forced NASA to call off Friday night’s launch of space shuttle Discovery on a mission to get the Hubble Space Telescope working again.
It was the eighth delay for the flight and it cost NASA $750,000.
Launch managers said they would try again today.
