WESTMINSTER
An 11-week course is being offered early next year by the Westminster Police Department to facilitate a positive interaction between the department and residents. Those attending the Citizen Academy will receive lectures and hands-on experience on topics such as laws of arrest, use of force, police discretion and ethics, and gangs.
