Members of Tustin Pride, an organization that recognizes homeowners and business owners for their efforts to make the city safe and clean, gave the 1999 Holiday Display Awards to 69 families and individuals for decorating their homes and yards for the holidays. Stakes with round signs placed in front of residences indicate an award-winning display.
