LAGUNA NIGUEL

The Laguna Niguel Library will hold a bookmark contest for children in kindergarten through ninth grade. Drawings must reflect the theme “Once Upon a Millennium.” Entry forms will be available at the library beginning Sunday. The deadline to submit the completed bookmarks is Feb. 29. Participants will be judged in four age groups, and there will be one winner in each group. Prize-winning bookmarks will be printed and distributed in the library, 30341 Crown Valley Parkway.
