Thank you for publishing Dr. Kenneth Saul’s well-written article and thanks to Dr. Saul for taking the time to write it.

Our medical system is in a shambles, and we need more effort like Dr. Saul’s to eliminate the present HMO system and reestablish the relationship between the physician and his or her patient.

Once this happens, medicine will be back on the road to success.
