Robinsons-May at the Westminster Mall is asking city permission to expand by 55,000 square feet. Robinsons-May has its home and furniture store in what used to be the Buffums department store, but is moving that store and expanding its current retail space so that its operations will be consolidated in one location, city Planning Director Brian Fisk said. Macy’s department store has already announced plans to move into the space Robinsons-May is vacating.
