A reception will be held next week for outgoing Councilwoman Eva Miner Bradford, who is resigning to become a Mormon missionary in Arizona. The community reception is scheduled for the City Hall foyer Feb. 16 at 6 p.m., before the regular council meeting. Bradford, a councilwoman for 10 years, and her husband, Stewart, will leave next month for the two-year mission in Tempe.
