StarBase Corp.: The Santa Ana provider of Internet and intranet-based products reported a net loss of $1.9 million, or 9 cents a share, for the third fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, compared with a net loss of $2.1 million, or 15 cents a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue climbed to $1.9 million from $657,000.
