Cook Your Plates
Hot food tastes better on warm plates. Here’s a quick way to heat them: Put one of these plastic sheets on a plate and stick it in the microwave until it’s good and toasty, 20 to 40 seconds. It only heats the center of the plate, so you don’t have burn your fingers while handling it. You can zap up to four plates at a time.
