After a 26-year career with Anaheim, City Clerk Leonora Sohl has announced that she will retire in June. Sohl worked as deputy city clerk for six years and was appointed by the City Council to serve as city clerk in 1984. She has been active in the community and is a member of several professional organizations.

During her tenure, Sohl has worked with the city’s management team, mayors and councils and called it a “wonderful career and terrific opportunity.” She plans to move to Colorado, where two of her daughters live, and will work in one’s restaurant and catering business.
