Making a New Case for Contacts

Those of us who have had Bausch & Lomb contact cases since ditching our Coke-bottle glasses as preteens are rejoicing over a new, stylish, contact-carrying solution.

A company called ID Studio has come up with streamlined, pod-shaped contact cases for about $12.95. The cases have flip-tops and come in a variety of colors and patterns, like daisy, newsprint, neons, and creamy pinks and blues. Another of ID’s designs is a pod-shaped case that slides open. The “Eye Slide” (about $19.95) comes in solid colors like charcoal, silver and gold.
