* Bristol Street: A jacket and computer valued at$2,070 were stolen from a car in the 3100 block between 7:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. Jan. 5.

CYPRESS

* Juanita Street: Three wedding bands valued at $1,700 were stolen from a residence in the 9900 block; reported at 6:55 p.m. Jan. 6.

* South Highland Avenue: A 1995 champagne Honda Accord wagon was reported stolen in the 700 block at 2:38 p.m. Jan. 6.

GARDEN GROVE

* Chapman Avenue: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of stealing a small amount of cash and coins from a carwash in the 9700 block at 6:49 p.m. Thursday.

* Golden West Street: A resident reported that her size 70 horse blanket was stolen in the 18000 block at 8:27 a.m. Monday.

IRVINE

* Stanford Court: A stereo was stolen from a vehicle in the 1100 block; reported at 4:53 p.m. Sunday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Northbound Pacific Coast Highway at Via Mentone: A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a caller reported that a late model Toyota was traveling on the wrong side of the highway for about two minutes at 11 p.m. Monday.

* West Orangethorpe Avenue: Assault and battery was reported in the 800 block at 9:14 a.m. Sunday. Two men engaged in a fistfight, and one was booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
