Employees of the year were recognized at a packed City Council meeting this week. Maintenance Service Manager W. Keith Rattay, Orange County Fire Authority Battalion Chief Marc Hawkins and Orange County Sheriff’s Deputy Dan Walsh were selected for their outstanding service to the city. All received gift certificates to the Mission Viejo Mall and their names will be on permanent display at City Hall.
