Bergen Brunswig Corp. said Friday it has completed its acquisition of Pennsylvania-based Stadtlander Drug Co. for about $300 million in cash and stock. The deal represents a major expansion of Orange-based Bergen’s rapidly growing specialty drug business. It also provides pharmaceuticals for about 250,000 inmates in privately operated prisons.
