After months of discussion, the Chamber of Commerce has decided not to celebrate its 75th anniversary party at the Bradford House in early April. Instead, the chamber will host an open house April 9, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., at its headquarters, 201 E. Yorba Linda Blvd. In addition, the chamber is putting together a historical booklet to highlight early businesses in Placentia and is seeking contributions, Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Carol Gallo said.
