Released Time Christian Education, or RTCE, will have its annual Walk-a-Thon beginning at 9 a.m. today at the Sears parking lot behind the Mall of Orange. RTCE provides Bible stories and lessons to fourth- and fifth-grade children in the Orange Unified School District. Walkers, runners and donations are being sought.
